Every sofa, bed and mattress comes with a 100-night trial that starts on the day it is delivered. Live with it for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust. If it still isn't right, email us and we will collect it free of charge and refund you in full.

Returned mattresses are cleaned and donated to local housing charities, or recycled if they can't be reused. Returned sofas and beds are checked, repaired where needed and sold as ex-display pieces in our showroom.

Yes. During the trial you can swap to a different size or firmness once. We deliver the new one and collect the old one on the same day, and you only pay the difference in price.

Mattresses and toppers are delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Sofas and upholstered beds take about two weeks. Oak beds are made to order and take 4 to 5 weeks. We confirm a delivery day by text before we arrive.

Delivery is free to any address in mainland Great Britain. Our two-person team carries everything to the room of your choice, assembles beds and takes all the packaging away for recycling.

Every sofa has feet that unscrew and arms that bolt off, so most fit through a 76 cm doorway. The product page lists the measurements, and our team can check your access by video call before you order.

Soft suits side sleepers and lighter people, because it lets shoulders and hips sink in. Medium suits most people and couples who sleep in different positions. Firm suits back and front sleepers who want to feel lifted.

The Original is all foam and hugs your body closely, with very little motion transfer. The Hybrid adds a layer of pocket springs for more bounce, stronger edges and better airflow, so it suits people who sleep hot.

Yes. Our mattresses work on any solid or slatted base, as long as the slats are no more than 8 cm apart. They are made in standard UK sizes, so they fit any UK bed frame of the same size.

It covers manufacturing defects in frames, springs and foams for ten years, including dips deeper than 2.5 cm in a mattress. It does not cover normal wear to fabric, or damage from accidents and stains.

All seat and back cushion covers zip off and can be dry cleaned. For everyday marks, blot with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Replacement covers in a new colour are available for every sofa.
