Privacy policy

This is a sample policy. Replace it with one that matches how your business actually handles data before you launch.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to arrange a visit or a delivery.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 24 months unless they led to an order, in which case we keep them for as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@kilnandclay.example.
